Therese, there is a study, but there is also a lot of discussion and debate
in the Archives of Lactnet.  A summary of the study is there too. If you
haven't accessed the archives and want help let me know.  I found the
Lactnet discussion of this topic most enlightening, as is most of Lactnet
discussion.
