This is what I call dragging them kicking and screaming into the 21st
century.  And it does work.  A few years down the path they don't even
remember doing it the "old" way.  Evidence based practice and departmental
policy - the only way to  go.  Being nice helps, but just giving info and
being nice doesn't have the clout that a policy has.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
