Wow, Karen, these are the really good ones, right, that still get gooseflesh 
and emotional stirrings over intense cases...!
Not to loose your empathy, no matter how many situations you have dealt 
with, that is not unprofessional (as is sometimes said), but imo extremely 
professional, because it clearly shows where your loyalty is and your heart! 
I'm looking forward even more to hearing him next week in Leeds.
