Karen,
I'll be curious to hear what others have to say but I don't see
how an exclusively breastfed baby can gain too much weight.
As for the wheezing I feel it is very very difficult to hear
wheezing in an infant without a stethoscope. I haven't had
a parent say they heard wheezing with their ear at this age
and then confirmed it in the office. I also haven't hear wheezing
in infants w/out a stethoscope.
Often some nasal saline does the trick.
