It sounds like this mother is very stressed and trying to do many things 
at once to increase supply. Could the stress of pumping extra be 
contributing? Could it be that she is so focused on the low level of milk 
in the bottle that she is shutting down her own let-down? Does she have 
time to just devote to lots of skin-to-skin holding, nursing baby 24/7 
without bottles or pumping for a few days? Also, could she be pregnant?
