Hi, Jan.  Thanks for making us aware of this.  
 
These restrictions seem very archaic and stringent enough to render much of
what we do useless.
 
No different to what LLL tells is volunteer Leaders.
 
Nice to know that now that I'm an IBCLC, I have no more authority or ability
offer advice and help a nursing mother than I did when I was "just" an LLLL.
Certainly the public health nurses and doctors around here THINK I have more
authority and...so far anyway...they are putting their trust in me...but,
sheesh, I better be sure that none of them get a hold of this document!
