All Rabbi's give different info on it though.  It's a very frustrating
issue for me.

When my "O" friends are pregnant, they do whatever they can to make it
through the fast.  That's NUMBER ONE priority.   Most of them will stay
in bed the entire time.

If health is truly endangerd, in consult with a rabbi there is a plan
for fluids....something like one ounce of water every 15 minutes.  It's
something so unlike how we normally take in water that techinically
they're still fasting....
