This is available from NMAA's trading company, Merrily Merrily Enterprises
for 50c (Australian). NMAA now has its own domain name, so the main email
address is now <[log in to unmask]> and the trading company address is
<[log in to unmask]> I haven't looked specifically for this leaflet on the
website, but it is likely to be there. Website is http://www.nmaa.asn.au

BTW I think that NMAA are planning soon to expand this leaflet into a
booklet, like the other booklets that are for sale for $AUS3.50 (to be
$4.00 from the 1st March).
