Denise,

Your story about the ABM rep truly disturbs me.  I'd like one of our
attorneys to respond if possible -- this isn't the only time it happens.
 Sometimes it is one LC actually lying about another LC to a 3rd party.
 Sometimes it is done through innuendo -- "The captain of the ship wasn't
drunk THAT night."  (Never mind that the captain of the ship is a
teetotaller).  There are people who claim they are "certifed" because they
took a course in which a certificate stating they took the course is handed
out.   I wouldn't be surprised if we all had a lot of "best friends" we don't
even know exist.

What recourse does the innocent party have?
