I am posting this for a colleague of mine.
A college student asked for the name of a plastic surgeon in the
Northeast, preferably in central Pa.
She is looking to the future and plans to breast feed,  to do this she
will need plastic
surgery.  I have no other info.  Can anyone recommend a doctor?
