Barb posts about a negative reaction to her posting on a (staff?) bulletin
board at her workplace. She writes that she plans to resign on Monday.
Barb, before you do, why not ask the pediatrician in question just what he
found 'disheartening' about the excerpt about effects on the infant gut,
from Marsha Walker's article on just one formula feed? I can't for the life
of me understand what, other than a feeling of guilt for having knowingly
harmed a child through willfully inappropriate use of formula, could elicit
that emotion. And is their confidence shaken in you because they previously
believed that you were an agent of the formula industry, and their illusions
have been shattered? What is this really about, anyway?
If you are planning to leave anyway, what's the worst that could come of
asking some sticky questions?
Sounds like they don't deserve to have you there; there is probably
something MUCH better in store for you elsewhere.
