they do C/S all the time as if it were on the same level of severity as
toenail clipping, and never tell the mothers not to nurse because of the
drugs. just tell her to ask them sweetly and with a straight face for the
"same anesthetics they use for C/S." of course this may backfire and they will
decide no one can nurse for four days after a C/S.
