Re : Vitamin Supplements

There is nothing worse than taking significant quantities of
"Unknown Substances" sold as vitamins. Vitamins are not without side
effects. There is no such thing as "detoxifying the colon", short of a
good episode of diarrhea.

High doses of pyridoxine(Vitamin B-6) is known to reduce prolactin
secretion. High doses of Vitamin E is hepatotoxic in infants. High doses
of Vitamin A are heptotoxic to adults and children. I would urge you to
suggest the mom quit taking this garbage and use other professional "LC"
techniques for raising the production of breast milk, at least we know
these work.
