Weighing in on this late; someone else may have answered, but I think the
documentary is "Bottle Babies," and I think it was produced by WHO.  I saw
it in graduate school, after studying the Nestle boycott (from the point of
corporate damage control), and it was the motivating factor for my deciding
to breastfeed, several years before having our first child.
