I'm giving a Grand Rounds in Danville, PA on 11/10.  I'd LOVE to use a list
as an intro to the "problems that you don't interrupt BF for" portion of my
talk.  Send them to me at [log in to unmask] or post to the list. I'll
compile all I get through 10/23 and post them on that weekend when there's
less Lactnet traffic.
