Just an update for anyone interested.

I'd love to sew my own clothes. One of my dreams during pregnancy was to get
all sorts of sewing done. This was waylaid due to my three months of bedrest
followed by post partum bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and thumb
tenosynovitis. I'm six months postpartum with hands that will not fully
cooperate. So for now I save my hands for my baby Josh (I use my sling-
however carrying an 18 lb infant frequently has aggravated the tendinitis in
my shoulders and my lower back pain has returned with a vengance) , part
time work (I'm a single mom without any support from the dad) and cyberspace
(helps the isolation of living in a smaller California city).

My current search is for clothing that look professional (so that I can pump
more conveniently while I am at the clinic), can be worn in 100+ degree
heat(one of the nastier aspects of Central Valley California) and perhaps
might have more of a non Western style (my tastes run more towards Styles in
the Southern Hemisphere).

Any suggestions?
