 Hale says LRC:1.2 Limited data-probably compatible.  No data available on Zofran in huan milk, altho it is found in anial milk.  Used in infants and children.  Watch infant for sedation, irritabilitydiarrhea or constipation or urinary retention.  

An ill 2 yo would be given zofran, usually IV for protracted vomiting with dehydration.  Pat in SNJ
