As has been discussed greatly here, the Breast Crawl video was produced
in situ, for the people the makers need to reach.

Criticising it for not reaching other audiences, isn't useful.

Certainly, let's find ones that so speak to your own audiences, but
let's not consign the extreme hard work of other colleagues, to the
dustbin, because they have had the courage to make a product for their
own people. Calling this video is 'dead mother' video is a very harsh.
The mother is this video is incredibly proud of her contribution to
infant health in her area, and was entirely happy with the birthing
process she undertook.

I know this, as when it was criticised prior, I contacted the team who
made it and discussed the mother's role, rights and consent over the
making of the film. The mother is extremely proud of this film, and I
don't think anyone should be referring to her as a 'dead mother'.

(Aware I am talking at a tangent here Pat, and not directing my reply to
you.)
