Actually, there was some info from research at U of M(ichigan), I
believe, that showed something quite different.  I can't remember if it
was amount per day, or duration of breastfeeding in exclusion to formula
feeding, but their info showed that it needed to be a really significant
amount of breatmilk.

Seems like 4 oz per day, esp in a very young infant, would have
signifcant impact, but I'm not sure that that's every been shown..
