I have been experimenting with Suzanne's  "recipe" (on her web site)  
and have been very impressed with the results.
I'm seeing less nipple pain, increased infant swallowing, longer  
feeds, more success with breast refusal and  very comfortable moms  
and babs. I'm converted!
