yes, definitely.  i said those exact things in my original letter to him,
and in my previous phone conversations..  this time, i call him immediately
(the next day, monday) and expect immediate results!

he has actually been pretty responsive to my emails - he called me
actually, after we exchanged a few emails. but i know what you mean, and i
definitely don't intend to let this drop!

in my opinion, it is past time for that,  it has been a month since the
first issue occurred, and apparently the "progress" they made is to clarify
their rules and train the lifeguards about them (the anti-breastfeeding rules).

i appreciate your feedback!  thanks very much.  we will be going to the
media *and* a lawyer with this if it doesn't get rectified asap.
