There have been many discussions about this on Lactnet.  If you want to
search the archives you should be able to find lots of info.  Breastmilk
can probably be the sole sourcr of nutrition for quite a while.  There
have been some cases of severely allergic children needing only
breastmilk for a few years.  As the child gets older there is concern
about adequate iron and sometimes Vit. D and Vit. C.  If these need to be
given directly to the child they should be tried in single preparations,
not mixed.
