After some private conversations with women of various sizes, I'm
wondering: is going bra-less physically uncomfortable for any of us, even
when we run? I'd love it if some of you would analyze what you feel and
e-mail me privately.

I'm 36B or C (I think) and don't wear a bra. When I run - about 300 meters
a day, just from a neighbor's house home - I tend to keep my shoulders back
"to minimize discomfort". When a large-breasted lactnetter told me she was
never physically uncomfortable without a bra tho she was when she wore one,
I tried to analyze my own sensations.

Yes, there's bouncing and pulling. But I think what I was interpreting as
discomfort was just bouncing and pulling, overlaid by some vague lingering
notion of stretching out those Cooper's ligaments. By golly, there wasn't
*any* genuine discomfort, no matter how much the bounce.

Could some of you larger-breasted women try it, to see if you can tell if
the sensations are truly uncomfortable or if you just *thought* they were?
Amazing, what the mind can do!
