I'm confused.  I don't think this is right:

because a baby who weighed 8 pounds would weigh 128 oz.  128 multiplied 
times 2.5 yields 320oz or 10 quarts or 9463 ml!  That can't be right.

Then again, my brain is fried from studying here at the last minute for my 
recertification exam!
