Susan writes:

one of the professors at Cornell who was always pissed off about how milk
is stored in grocery stores because it destroyed riboflavin. Clear glass
is actually allows the most light through so she actually did not like glass
bottles. She always contended that riboflavin was the most prevalent
nutrient deficiency on the planet.

Ah, well that just shows how our priorities are ranked here in this modern
world, in the US. Apparently most people know that BEER in clear glass
bottles is not as good as beer in darker bottles. We are so much more educated
about our beer than mother's milk!

Peace,
Judy
