Marsha,
remind me again, what exactly needs to be fixed here.
Do they want you to apologize to the sales rep? I'm trying
to think if there is a way to make some lemonade out of this.

If the hospital in the sister facility is becoming baby
friendly it sounds as though you may have some allies here.
Also, is it in the long term plans for your facility to
become baby friendly? Is it possible to begin slowly (have
I qualified this enough) to move in that direction.
someone pointed out in a post that the issue of ethical
marketing is a very hot topic right now. This is a bigger
issue than just formula. How can you take your frustration
and energy and allies to put the broader issue on the agenda
of the hospital? It would be better for them to look at the
issue themselves than to have some regulatory agency do
it for them.

Just some late night thoughts. Hang in there.
