Amy,

I have not had a case quite like this before. Normally progesterone holds things in check.  Would it be possible to have her prolactin tested right now to see where it’s at? This would be good info to compare to what is happening. In the meantime, she can certainly express and collect the milk, and I would do this considering we don’t know how this will all unfold.



What were the symptoms that led to the diagnosis?   One thing that we do not want is any cabergoline therapy, as that can slam things down. 



I would love to follow this case with you, if you are amenable to the idea.
