Hey Everyone,

One of my clients recently switched from zantac to prilosec and noticed a
real drop in her supply. It took her 6 wks to figure it out but when she
realized the correlation (time she changed meds and time milk supply dropped
and baby started having issues) she went back to the zantac and the supply
came back. She was on prilosec with her first baby and had issues with milk
supply but never saw the correlation.

In Hale there is no mention of this possible issue. Mom said she did a ton
of research (and she is good at this sort of thing) and finally found one
mention of discussing maintaining supple with a Dr while taking prilosec.

Anyone else see this correlation or have any other information re: this?

Thanks!
