I went back to school in the evenings twice a week when my oldest was 4
months. This was one month before I attended my first LLL meeting.
Without anyone telling me how I hand expressed my milk. I just did it
without thinking. I did not have any problems. Never even milked a cow
before. :D I also learned some tricks along the way like nursing on one
side all night then expressing the other side in the morning---and the
milk did flow. :) I guess I was not expecting to have problems with
this.

I keep the reprints for our LLL group. I must admit that if I had to use
the reprint on the Marmet technique, I would have been lost. After
reading it for the first time last year, I was questioning whether or not
I was hand expressing properly. I decided it was best to put that
reprint away.

Aloha,
