Anne:  Sorry if someone mis-led you, but my understanding was that
Evergreen Hospital in Washington State (under the wise LC leadership of
Molly Pessl, RN, IBCLC) was the FIRST BFH in the US.  Kaiser of Hawaii was
the second.  Since last week, FOUR more hospitals have been certified (as
was announced at the general lunch session to 4000 people at the LLLI
conference).  I hope this clarifies things a bit.  It's still pathetic.
Many hospitals are advertising themselves as BF if they've only signed the
letter of intent.  I'd find out about the hospital you mentioned.
