I have seen several cases where adoptive moms have gotten vasospasms from the PIS and done much better with the Avent Isis.  

I think there is an as yet unnamed condition that resembles Reynaud's but is triggered by touch, rather than fitting the description of Reynaud's.  Some have said that vit. B-6 has helped them.
