Sonya,

Here are some papers that came up on a PubMed search using the search terms "human milk in cancer treatment":

This first paper is an abstract-only 2014 review paper that discusses both human and bovine milks and references clinical trials that are taking place. Although I have no knowledge of leukemia trials using human milk, it would be wonderful if your friend's family members could participate in such a study and/or receive such helpful treatment if established protocols currently exist. NIH would be the resource in the U.S. to learn if any clinical trials are underway in this regard.

Title: Potential clinical applications of multi-functional milk proteins and peptides in cancer management.

In: Current Medicinal Chemistry 2014;21(21):2424-37.

Authors: Chen HY, Mollstedt O, Tsai MH, Kreider RB.

Title: Clinical applications of bioactive milk compounds (review article).

Authors: David R. Hill, David S. Newberg

In: Nutrition in Clinical Care 2015 Jul;73(7):463-76.

Although this new study looked at camel milk and not human milk, it's a fascinating study in regard to colorectal and breast cancer.

Title: Anticancer Activity of Camel Milk via Induction of Autophagic Death in Human Colorectal and Breast Cancer Cells (Open access)

Authors: Krishnankutty R, Iskandarani A, Therachiyil L, Uddin S, Azizi F, Kulinski M, Bhat AA, Mohammad RM.

In: Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2018 Dec 25;19(12):3501-3509.
