I'm not sure if states have different requirements about infant feeding
classes, just thought I'd add my comments.  I've been teaching WIC
breastfeeding classes for 4 years.  I do NOT include information about how to
properly make, feed or store formula.  Yes there is precious little time to
teach WIC participants.  I make the breastfeeding time count by not diluting
it with formula.  If a mother chooses to use ABM she should be taught how to
mix and feed it at the time that the package is written for the child, not
before IMHO.
