What was the reasoning Ruth Lawrence's clinic gave for
not keeping the mom on Reglan?

As for wet nursing and safety of this mom's sisters milk, I
agree with Pat about having her tested.
I can tell you a tragic story about "safe". A child was admitted
to the hospital wear I trained with recurrent infections.
Work-up revealed he had AIDS. Mom tested HIV positive
and dad negative. Mom said she'd only had sex with two men
in her life and she had been married to both. She tracked
down her X husband and found he had a history he never told
her and was dying from AIDS.
