Formula is also advertised for use up to the age of 3 in Israel.  But see,
I think this is a good thing.  Because if a child needs formula til 18
months, or til age 3, but they are breastfed rather than formula-fed, then
obviously they need breast milk til 18 months or age 3.  :)
