I was interested to see this sheet for use in 2 week exams by USA
paediatricans.  Anyone know where I might find out the guidelines to the
anticiaptroy guidance (specifically on infant weight gain)?

There are sheets on the site for 2 mo, 4 mo 6 mo and 9 mo exams, which Ihave
not looked at to see if they include bf and if so how.
