Susan,

You posted about nipple blebs and blocked ducts...having successfully worked
with a mom with this problem, she found that opening the skin over the bleb
to release milk necessary, then used Dr. Newman's APNO (ointment-on
breastfeedingonline.com under Jack's articles and then click on problems) and
daily abraded the nipple with moist washcloth to keep open followed by Jack's
APNO.  This in conjunction with breastfeeding her older baby (6 or 8 mos) or
pumping following the "opening" of bleb and keeping that breast well drained
plus working on reducing supply on the affected breast.
