Greetings Lactnetters<
We had a student LC work in our Lactation department for 6 months (12 to 16
hours a week). It was great! She observed us, learned our routine and than
we put her to work. We hated it when she had enough hours to take the exam.
She asked lots of questions (and made us feel smart). I love the idea of
mentoring. We can all learn something from each other. Isn't that what we
are doing on Lactnet? I would encourage every LC to consider being a mentor.
 (just my 2 cents).
Mary (Marietta GA, where it got cold again!)
