I so agree with your comments Jaye!  As a LLLL I see moms who just need 
reassurace, information and an arm to lean on sometimes.  Many moms come to 
my meetings and never know me as more than a grandmom who had been doing 
this a long time. As an APN/IBCLC I see situations where my medical 
background comes in so  handy and I'm glad I can help  out.  As a person 
with a foot in each world I see the benefits of both  kinds of help.  Pat in
