What do you say? Most LC's probably don't encounter this, but I have to keep
being their doc. I feel so disappointed! I have 3 mom's recently who were
doing a great job- I kept congratulating them and they weren't having pain and
their infants were growing well- at about 1 months (2 wk for one, 3 wks
another, and 8-10 wks the third) they just decied that "it wasn't for them"
anymore! They never called me- probably knowing I would've tried to convince
them not to stop. I can't say "oh don't worry your baby will be just as well
on formula" but thats what they are saying to themselves. All of them I tried
to convince to relactate (it had only been 1-2 wks) but now with the third one-
I see that she just doesn't want to so I gave her a certificate (from AAP)
congratulating for that amount of time
