Hi All,

I am looking for any and all research, studies, articles etc on these two
syndromes. I have an article by Heiner Biedermann, MD that discusses Manual
Therapy in Children and goes into detail about "kinematic imbalances due to
suboccipital strain (KISS) and found more information about KISS-induced
Dyspraxia and Dysgnosia (KIDD).

I am professionally at my wits end trying to find information that supports
my theory that body misalignments of this type CAUSE breastfeeding problems
and CAN be resolved when treated by a practitioner who knows how to release
and relax these muscles so that baby can not only breastfeed properly but
also be happy and not in discomfort anymore. I need articles, studies,
pictures - anything that I can get my hands on to help further my own
education. I need as much research as possible in order to put together a
training program for the local LC's and Drs to help educate them to these
situations, how to evaluate the baby and who to send the baby to for
treatment. Babies in my area are falling through the cracks due to lack of
education and information regarding these types of structural issues - this
is wrong. I do have an RN, CMT who practices Bowen Therapy who is working
side by side with me, as well as a couple of Chiropractors who will be
working with us on this to further the education of the LC and MD community
in my area.

Thank you in advance for all help. I am moving in 3 days so may not be able
to thank everyone individually - just know, please, that all information
will help babies in my area and hopefully, we will be able to take the show
on the road in the future - perhaps ILCA?

Warmly,

Jaye
