Many courts have suggested guidelines for Visitation, or Parenting Time, or
Parent-Child Access. Here is a link to the guidelines set by the Superior
Court in my county. It gets very specific based on the needs of the child
at specific ages. You may still need research to 'prove' the child's 'need'
to continue breastfeeding depending on the knowledge base of the judge
hearing the case. One running theme is that assuming both parents are fit
parents regardless of their personal differences, the court tends to look
more favorably upon the parent who allows more access to the child by the
other parent. Assuming the child is safe and secure with each parent,
courts do not appreciate the parent who wants to restrict access by the
other parent. The younger the child, the access is more frequent and
shorter. This isn't always convenient for the non-custodial parent, but it
is usually in the best interests of the child.

Check to see if your court has similar guidelines.
