Those of us with floppy-mopsy breasts CAN actually bf with their seatbelts
ON and the infant in a rear-facing infant restraint system; although it is
FAR from comfortable.  I can say that we would never have gone anywhere with
our colic-ridden first born (living in LA at that time) without my learning
to do this.
