Dear Dr Rob and all,
  I also learned a lesson like that not too long ago from a friend:
1.  Mom gets baby latched on to breast of her choice
2.  Mom's friend (me, the bf agitator) holds a clean cup under the other
breast to catch the precious drops because mom doesn't have a pump
3.  Dad entertains 5 y/o sibling
4.  Grandma (who didn't nurse her 10 children) is put on a down stay.
