This is simply common sense--how can the medical profession have gotten so 
arrogant as to think that they could ever do it better than nature.  Not to say 
that c-sections are not ever necessary but, why would anyone ever waste money 
trying to assess whether an unjustified medicinal intervention is an 
improvement over doing what is normal in a normal situation. Also,  I wonder if they 
took the risks to establishing breastfeeding under consideration.  Chris
