Playing "catch-up" on lactnet....Just wanted to say that I think Jan's analogy of eating right/not eating right and breastfeeding/not breastfeeding is
great!  Might I add that one of the reasons why LaLeche League meetings play the part they do in helping moms breastfeed "long-term" could be
compared with the success of Weight Watchers and other diet "support groups", in that the members offer support and encouragement when the
dieter is tempted to eat the chocolate cake, and in the case of LLL, the mother is tempted with "just one bottle of formula couldn't hurt!".!  Just
