Lesley Robinson- There was a study done recently (I'll have to look for
reference, hope someone else has it too) that says anemia and weight loss
were not found as suspected if solids introduced at 8-9 months, rather than
at 6. I'll bet they saw too many BF babies starting solids late (as so many
do) to ignore, thinking "surely these babies are lacking something" and
found out they are not! I have my own theories as to why BF babies don't
like mushy baby food.
