Re Luca's statements being correct as far as current research...

Perhaps.  However an intellectually honest spokesman for the research would
most surely place this information into an honest context?  When we hear
nothing except these negative spins- and the audience is a bunch of young
and impressionable doctors in a pediatric setting who can, by virtue of what
we know about the dismal state of breastfeeding education in medical school,
be assumed to be marginally knowledgable about breastfeedin at best...
What's the intellectually honest approach?

I think Dr Lucas should be held to the very HIGHEST standards of honesty.
