Hi,

As she is paralysed does her bowel work properly? Could she be on peppermint oil capsules to help her bowel? Or drink a lot of peppermint tea or eat a lot of peppermint sweets? Peppermint oil does reduce milk supply but only in fairly large quantities, and I suppose each mum is different and a regular dose may cause a problem if she is using peppermint for therapeutic reasons.

Just a thought,

Best wishes,

Sarah McCann.
