A ginger tea is good as ginger is good for digestion. I prefer the single
herb ginger tea. In my opinion, the best is by Triple Leaf Tea
company. One can also steep fresh ginger root for a great flavor. Have you
noticed that all of the galactagogues are also digestive aids including, I
suppose, domperidone. [By the way, how do you spell
galatacgogue/galactogogue? I have checked with several of my reference
books and some have one and some the other. My spell check wants to know
if I mean "galapagos." :)]

Celestial Seasons makes one of my favorite teas, Country Peach
Passion: rosehips, hibiscus, orange peel, roasted chicory root, chamomile
flowers, blackberry leaves, passion fruit flavor, peaches and citric acid.
I am not aware of any of these being contraindicated with breastfeeding.
